i was wondering if anyone has installed a KAAZ 1 or 2 way diff. into their 89-93.

i read on numerous sites that it chatters at low speeds like as if u were cruisin in a parking lot. this is from enjuku racing website, but i read it on about 2 more, but they werent 240 lsd they were another model, but same chatter...

does anyone know how loud this chatter would be and if it sounds like an old rusty ford or sumthing, or the chatter of pure evil just waiting to unload on an unsuspecting pimply faced teen boy? :sunglasse

Well if im correct it souldnt be that annoying with your intake and your exhause roaring. Its there but with me if you can stand the loud KA and all the squeek squeek!! from the body another extra note wont make much of a diffrence.

I don't have the KAAZ on my car, but a friend of mine does. He's got a 1 way kaaz diff. and yeah, your right about the chatter... It isn't very loud at all though and after driving it for a week you won't even really notice it's there. but it does sound more like "the chatter of pure evil just waiting to unload on an unsuspecting pimply faced teen boy" than an old rusty ford.

so its not that noticeable..

kool :sunglasse

i was thinking of droppin a 1.5 way after i get a sr installed, after i get my car, after i get my money, after i get my job. :frown:

but there's nothing wrong with a lil' planning.

i heard 1.5 way was the best for drifting cause the diff works on deccel and accel.

but the 2 way works with braking, decel and accel.

not really sure, but i read it somewhere, doesnt matter right now, they are all pretty much equivalently priced.

Well from what ive heard i wouldnt recammend the 2way. Its too hard core for a daly driver. Your wheels are gona wear out FAST and its gona screech on every turn you make. Id say if its a track only care or off road then get a 2way!!!:bigthumb: if not... concider the other ones!!
