Ecotec coil pack keeps failing, solved.

I have an 06 hhr 2.2 with a coil pack instead of the newer individual COP setup that they switched to in late 06. 3 years ago I replaced the plugs (AC Delco iridiums), coil, and Ignition Control Module (ICM); Coil and ICM are both BWD with lifetime warranties. To make a long story short, it went out again 6 months ago, and a couple of days ago which didn't last 24 hours. Finally I found that the coil grounds through one of the mounting holes. You have to make sure the rocker cover is clean at the bolt holes (specifically the rear drivers side). I also used dielectric grease on the grounding point and every contact. The ICM appears to ground through the coil so I greased that contact too. Time will tell but it should last this time. Hopefully this can help somebody save a lot of headache.
