2001 Tahoe AC problem

2001 Tahoe AC problem.
blows hot air, front and rear. Full charge. Compressor kicks in and turns. New orifice tube (old one was not clogged). Pipes/tubes are cold like they are supposed to be.
Please help.

so what was the problem always hot air ? then you opened up the ac system ? when you troubleshoot ac systems you use pressure gauges. low/high pressures then see how they line up with the air temps. hot air would be the temp stepper motor .this moves the temp door. I guessing you have electronic ac so then this computer may be bad. try resetting the ac control computer.

I have found the temp door actuator is binding this stresses out the motor... so I installed 2 small washers on the assy to have a space away from the air box .
