Had finally put everything together. Everything went well exept the fitting of body to the chassis plate witch only could be done by bending out the body ( at break limit !!!) and force the chassis in it. Some touch up is left. I´m not so satisfied with the result , but I will be. Enjoy! http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/2524409591.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/352703959sidewdiscs.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/795177959clrearwheel.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/811199959rear.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/445526959clrear.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/869358959enghembl.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/900939959enginebay1.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/734753959enginebay2.JPG

You did a great job! In my opinion, this isn't one of Tamiya's better kits as far as the way it fits together.

Agreed, great job on this kit. Tamiya full detail kits aren't always the easiest to assemble. But the finished product is always worth the effort.

I also have one in my pile but I think it will be a later project and your's will definately be a very good guide...You did a great work on a really great car...

P.S:To be honest as a porsche lover the 959 should be silver(and 911's black)but your's look so awesome...that I can't comment on the color...:):):)

Once again great work....

Funny, Course Yellow was the color I did before I decided to stripped the paint of. The body looks so toyish to me. Maybe you can make a better try!
