active aero problem

Surprisingly, this is not in regards to misfunctioning of the rear wing, but rather the front airdam. I swerved to avoid splattering a cat at 60 or so, midway through a turn, and ended up hopping a curb. Obviously this did some damage to my rim where I hit, but it also partially ripped my airdam off my 96 vr4. Its hanging down slightly, and the plastic is bent. Luckily no other damage to my knowledge. I havn't had the opportunity to take it off, but the car seems fine, alignment is still straight and no damage to the body or components. However the aero light is on in the dash, and the airdam will have to be replaced. It seems as if it was simply torn from the bumper the plastic screws are still attached to the bumper. Any advice/info on potential problems I should check for/ repair costs would definantly be greatly appreciated! Thanks for the help!
