I have a 19999 kia sportage I just took in on trade it has 151,000 mile I just replaced the head timing belt new plugs it runs great at an idle and going down the road but everytime I come to a stop it dies and hit hard to restart if I set a couple minutes and don't try to start it I can restart it fine and go down the road and next stop its the same issue any ideas
