Confused between Lexus and Honda

I'm aiming a 2006 Lexus ES 330 cost 8600$ and a 2007 Honda Accord cost 8750. Both are V6.
The Lexus is from a dealership but not certified and I'm gonna the third owner
The Honda is from a man in town which is pretty sure about very good condition.
The question is which one is worthier.
I prefer the Luxury in Lexus. Otherwise, the performance in Honda Accord attracts me, by the way.
