Ok I have a mysterious issue with my 1996 ford contour 2.0L It barely has over 100k it always has been a good running car. Major work done ... Plugs, brakes, brake lines etc basically average maintenance.

Was driving about 30 mph in snow/slush I was sliding off the road towards a snow bank and instinctively gunned the acceleration and it stalled and has not started back up. :(
Work done to try and resolve issue:
Complete timing job! Belt, pulleys and even though it's not related to the timing I replaced the water pump. 2 mechanics have attempted to troubleshooted this and nothing comes up. 40psi fuel pressure .. good spark... Reversed TDC timing to BDC to see if it was backwards. All shafts move manually. Cranks but does not start. Any suggestions??
