wiring problem

OK here it goes. 96 silveradro 4x4 350 vortec .The problem, driver side turn signal works when headlights are turned on ,works when headlights are off.
The passanger no problems tail lights no problem .
I did install new H.I.D headlights .
The drive lights if I take fuse out the blinkers work with headlights on or off.
I replaced the flasher fuse because the old one would make a loud buzz noise when I used the driver side turn signal .
Going crazy any ideas

Sorry driver turn signals DONT work with head lights on but do when they are turned off
