The engine won't turn at all or it turns slowly?

I'll try that, but a mechanic that has worked on this van before said it has a history of this problem and he had to put two ecm's on it 3 months apart, I got a new ign coil and an ecm coming will try that tomorrow, bout ready to holler !

You probably didn't need the PCM. The reason I suspected the coil was that you had spark going to the distributor just not out of it. That told me the spark was too weak to jump the air gap between the rotor and cap. With a bad PCM you either have spark or you don't.

Got another problem now, heater doesnt get hot front and rear and no air flow from top vents in the rear plenty at the bottom and in the front. any suggestions ? I checked the actuator by turning the temp control knob an actuator doesnt move, so I think thats the heat problem, but still can figure out why no top air in the rear.

Is the engine getting up to temperature?

Yes it is I found the heat problem, the core was stopped up, but the other issue I have now is in the rear, plenty of air flow from bottom vents, but none in the top vents

Sounds like you'll be chasing a broken vacuum line or an actuator with a ruptured diaphragm.

would it be located around the rear condenser and blower motor ?
