2004 Ram rollover valve?

I did a fuel pump on a 2004 Ram 1500 with the 5.7, I broke the fitting on the front rollover valve. That's the one that has the line that runs up to the top of the filler neck. I drilled out enough of the plastic on both sides of the break to fit in a piece of 3/16" brake line, tight fit plus I epoxied it in. This "fixed" it, unfortunately when filling the tank, the pump shuts off before the tank is full. I assume because not enough fuel vapor/air can make it through the 3/16" line and fuel is backing up into the filler neck.

The dealer tells me that the rollover valve is part of the tank, so far I haven't been able to prove them wrong. It sure seems wrong, the tank is black plastic and the rollover valve is white plastic... obviously at some point they are two separate pieces, but that doesn't mean they'll sell me one. I also don't recall how it's attached to the tank... I wouldn't be shocked to find that they're melted/glued together. Does anyone know of an aftermarket part that might work?

Thanks
-Jason
