Not sure if this is where I should post this but here goes anyway.
I like to display my works in progress on stands or jacks. I have quite a few versions already but I did not have a body dolly.

So I decided to build one.
Mine will be 50mm on the short side and 60mm on the long.

Use the lines on your cutting mat to make sure the sides are perpendicular.

Cut the legs from the same square tubing. My legs are 8mm long.

Install them in the corners with top resting against the gusset plate.

Layout some holes for the body posts around the perimeter of the frame.
http://images14.fotki.com/v1625/photos/4/1755924/12977772/photo-vi.jpg
Make the post from solid rod, I am using .062 and are cut to 10mm in length. Punch out some bearing plates from .010 sheet.

Glue the bearing plates to the top of the body posts but don't glue the posts into the frame. That way you can adjust them to fit whatever car you are working on at the moment.

Now we will make the casters. Cut wedges again for the same square tubing then open the narrow edge.

Slices the wheels from some solid rod the inside width of the bracket. I am using .125 rod.

Cut some bearing plates for the top of the casters from .010 sheet. Mine are 5mm square.

Glue the bracket to the bearing plate and the wheel to the bracket. Then glue the caster assembly to the bottom of the legs.

excellent..
It's a nice project with basic materials.
I was gonna ask when I seen the Mk2 on the trolly... "where did you get that"
simple solution on the casters..
