IDEL problem CHOKE need help

I did a zc swap into my crx about 2 weeks ago everything was fine but in the past week there has been one problem, when i try to floor it the car choke, i have check many things such as the exhaust system, the intake system, i have cleaned the intake as well, and i m sure there is gas. Also when i m driving in gear sometime if i let go of the gas the RPM will drop to and if i m crusing on highway sometimes the RPM will be unstable. Does anyone know this problem and can give me some advice? thx for all your help
