Medio Grigio Enzo

Medio Grigio is Italian for Medium Gray. Built straight out of the box from the Tamiya kit except for the addition of caliper decals and a custom license plate. I also added cigarette paper/foil for the heat shield areas. Easily one of the best fitting models I’ve ever built even though it has opening doors and engine cover and the nose section is removable. I started it about two weeks ago as a fill in project while waiting for paint to dry on another job. Highly recommendable kit, even if you’re not crazy about the subject.

Absolutely outstanding work on that model. Brilliant paint and detail.

But the colour? Has anyone bought an Enzo in grey? Is it a fashion statement I have missed? Does that mean that matt black is so much last year then? ;-)

Call me old fashioned, but an Italian sportscar should be brightly coloured! :-)
