Removing E-Brake

anybody know how to remove the e-brake handle? I twisted and turned it but it just won't come off.

you need to cut it off.

Just out of curiosity fella's...why would you want to remove the e-brake from your car?

i assume, and i hope that he is just talkin about the end of it, replacing it with maybe a newer cooler one...
