i was driving 90 km an hr. and my trailblazer went into neutral and started making a ticking noise and it wont go forward or backward

You don't give the year....

Did the CE light come on?

Did you check the transmission fluid condition and level?

The CE light never turned on. Its a 2003. The drive shaft is not turning. The transmision is not doing anything. Transmission fluid level and condition are both fine.
