Hi, i have a 1999 f250.when driving over bumps or even going down the road a alot of knocking or rattling from driver side ,its getting worse ,now a whinning noise and real fine vibration,otherwise drives good,i have cupping or strange wear in middle of tire if that helps, its a old work truck 200k on it,thanks

Usually wear in the middle is over inflated. I would move that tire to the rear and see what happens.
