OK! Here is my situation I'm going nuts with, its a............
99 Toyota Camry LE 6cyl
Cali. Emissions
almost 200,000 miles
I have replaced the exhaust from the manifolds back, including the muffler.
Both A/F Sensors (O2) BANK 1 & BANK 2 With Denso replacements.
Re-manufactured, Pre-Programmed ECM.
I've also done a SeaFoam induction, 1/3 inducted, 1/3 in fuel & 1/3 in oil then changed the oil!
Car ran GREAT for about a month give or take, then the dreaded CEL came back on two days before I was to get it inspected, Checked the ECM its seems to be getting the proper voltage, same with A/F sensors, both seem to be properly functioning.
Cleared the codes P1133, P1135, Drove the car aprox. 50 miles CEL back on!!
Car WILL not pass inspection, sticker expired, shop removed sticker because it was expired and will not grant a 10 temp. so now WHAT???
OH YEA! when i brought it to the shop for inspection, all safety passed but system failed because monitors were not ready, Cat, O2, etc.... hence the 50 mile drive!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!! :runaround::runaround:

PM me and I will send you a link to the Toyota FSM. See pages in the Diagnostics file DI-345 and DI-349. Follow that troubleshooting procedure.

changes since my last post!! I can't WIN!!!
OK the P1133 code is now gone (hopefully it stays that way), must have cycled through, now i am just getting the P1135 code, can it be the downstream A/F SENSOR (the one by or in the resonator pipe) ????
Thats the only one i haven't changed, left it due to the pain in my rear of taking the back seat out to replace a sensor!!
any and all help & info would be much appreciated!
Thanks!

The P01135 code is supposed to be only one of the the A/F ratio sensors (Sensor 1), not Sensor 2 (HO2 sensor). Did you verify that you bought the correct A/F ratio sensors by obtaining the part numbers from a Toyota parts department? If not, double check those part numbers. Double check the circuit for bad connections and bad wiring.
Did you complete the diagnostic check list in the FSM?

I'm almost 100% positive those are the correct parts but I'll double check!
This car has 3 sensors... 2- upstream Bank 1, Bank 2, both the same part
And a third in the exhaust pipe 1/2 way down the exhaust system, never changed it, I'm guessing it's an A/F sensor!! But I'll double check the part #'s, if there correct I'll check the wiring & voltage & resistance!!!
Having trouble downloading the FSM, my anti-virus keeps attacking it!! Lol
Won't really be able to do much with the car untill this weekend other then maybe check the part #'s! I'll post what I find!!
Thank you!! 👍👍👍👍

WOW! FML!! Lol
If I didn't have bad luck I wouldn't have any luck @ all!!😕😕
Ok here is the situation now!
Checked sensor part #, is/was correct, my autoparts guy is awesome also, went in told him what was happening, said lets start with the sensor being defective replace sensor free of charge, AWESOME!! Installed new sensor cleared codes AGAIN, and drove the car, within 3 miles CEL came back on!! Figures, so it's not the sensor, two faulty sensors back to back, probably not! Decided to purchase the third sensor in the car, the downstream just because, what the hell it's only money!! Haven't installed it yet!!😕😞
But now there's a new problem!! MASSIVE battery drain!! 😞😞
After driving car for 6 miles, 3 until CEL, 3 back home, car was left overnight, son went out and car was stone cold dead, second time this happened since all this BS started happening, checked alt. Output 13.85 @ battery leads with lights on, should be good, was starting to get that rotten egg smell when test, figured it's just battery going bad, replace battery and battery terminal connectors!! All good, right?!?! NOT! Brand new battery, car is STONE COLD DEAD!!!😞😞 no crank, no door chime, no open door indicator light!!! NOTHING!!😕😕
Now before anything else I need to find this total battery drain!!
GOD GIVE ME STRENGTH!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
