sucker is tough! LOL. I placed a block of wood on it and hammered a bit. Was more compliant. But one injector leaked some. As you push and twist some to get the injectors placed, is it normal for some leakage to occur, and also as in the above case? I'll admit I got these o-rings on eBay, although I already had the delco set, cuz I needed the pintle caps that came in the kit, NO ONE sells the pintle caps locally.
I tested for leakage several times, energized the fuel pump. No leaks, except for a couple of tiny leaks from the tips of 2 injectors.

Hi !
I always use Vaseline to lube the o-rings it works better than any spray. It is necessary to press and turn gently , they will slide right in the hole

I used some fresh engine oil to lubricate the o-rings before installing, was no issue at all to get them in place.
