Fujimi kit. Really enjoyed this one, especially the interior. Colour is Tamiya chrome yellow.
The panel lines seem very dark in the pics, trust me, they look much better in real life.
I also tried getting rid of the demister lines on the rear window. After my 4th broken window I gave up. I just have a F430 Challenge now with a specced rear demister "for those cold, rainy days"

Wow ! This is a really, really, really, nice build !
What undercoat color did you use ?
White primer. grey primer, or black primer ?
And looks like you have many coats of paint. Or maybe it's the clear, but the result is amazing.

Thank you. I used Tamiya white primer, sanded it back, 4-5 light coats Tamiya Chrome Yellow straight out of the rattle can, sanded it back, then 2 wet coats Chrome Yellow out of the can again.
From there just a light sand and polished with Tamiya compounds. No clear coat.

It's pretty straightforward. But your workmanship is awesome.
I have never use the Tamiya yellow spray ca, because the plastic color on the bottle cap seem off.
I will try to follow your work.

Hi again.
I just went to my workshop to look at Tamiya number 74 Crome yellow,
and really I cannot believe how nice this yellow is on your car.
It absolutely do not look to be the same color if I compare your car, and the spray can cap, but I trust you on this one.
I will have to try it.

Hi.
What would be the result over gray Tamiya primer ?
Do you think it would darken the color much ?

Hi.
What would be the result over gray Tamiya primer ?
Do you think it would darken the color much ?
Hi, the trick with the yellow is that it HAS to be over a white base. The grey primer would dull the final colour.
