Cheat Sheet on Elbo Replacment

I got stranded 50 miles from home. I hitch-hiked back home. I'm going back in the morning.

I saw it's the elbo that the antifreeze goes into.
I'm taking the bus to the store and getting the aluminum Dorman replacement.

Can anyone give me a cheat instructions on how to replace it? Do I just loosen up a bolt, move the bracket and put them in place? I see I get two of them, if I remember the other breaks when you take it off, so bring both.
Anything I need to watch out for? I may go back tonight and fix it in the dark.
If anyone can give me heads up on what to do or watch out for I would be thankful.

Thank you,
Chris.

Belt (15mm) use breaker bar or pipe, top alternator support(bar). 10mm and 15mm. Short socket or wrench for top nut on alternator. 3 bolts hold tensioner. 15mm with extensions. Alternator and tensioner can come off as one, carefully. Be sure to get all the plastic out if broken. Lube O-rings. Good Luck. Be sure to top up your coolant and bleed the system. Prety sure that's it. Happy Friday!

Forgot to post a photo of the fluid coming out. I think this will end up a nightmare for me. I'll drop a socket and it will get lost. I'll have to take the bottom cover off.

Once I get to the car, I'll only have a couple hours of daylight.

Thank you for the tips. I got the car back, fixed. I had a friend take me to the car. We got there just as a massive wind storm started. We did it in a dust storm of about 60mph.

The one thing I don't understand is, I have a 1997 LeSabre. When we got the mount off, it only has one elbow.
The bottom, or lower part went in from the mount to the block. No elbow, just the front (looking at the motor from front) has the elbow.

Out of all the manuals, Factory GM, and others all have two elbows. Anybody know why I only have one?

Thank you,
Chris.
