Time to part with my 95 Honda Civic?

After 20 years and ~200k miles, this might be the last straw...
I just changed oil last Sunday and had a test drive for 30 min with no issues. Monday morning, my Civic suddenly lost power right after getting off a highway. After that, it only cranks but doesn't start. There is still plenty of oil (so no leak).
I verified that there is spark and fuel pressure. I pried open the timing belt case and the belt isn't broken.
Does this leave the only possibility of expensive engine mechanical problem? Before having it towed to a junkyard, I want to make sure I did not miss anything that could be an easy fix.
Thank you!

Just an update.
Had the car checked by my mechanics and it turned out the distributor failed. $450 job put the car back on the road.
In hindsight, I probably should have paid more attention to the color of the spark. I suspect a bad distributor would make spark look yellowish rather than whitish.
