Lug nut socket for 2013 LaCrosse

I rotated the tires on the LaCrosse today. I have the cast aluminum wheels. I noticed that the lug nuts are 22mm (7/8 will also fit). I would like to get one of those sockets that will protect the lug nuts from scratches and dings, but I cannot find them available other than in 5 or 7 piece sets. Anyone know of a source?

I noticed that the cast aluminum wheels, spare tire wheel, jack and lug nut wrench are all made in China. I would assume that many of these items would still be made in USA but I was wrong.
