Porsche 917K Gulf - Daytona 24hs 1970

Fujimi model of the Porsche 917K Gulf. Will build the Daytona 24hs 1970 version.

Work so far...

I've glued underfloor and main body then I cut the underfloor and left the side panels glued. Lots of work with Tamiya Poliester Putty but it's ok now

Beautiful!!!

Looking great as usual. The front of this car needs to come down about 1 - 1.5 mm to get the correct stance. Something to plan for when you're doing the front suspension. Can't believe how fast you work!

What a beautiful result on this 917! But it's at the start of the race, we are far from Ianc's reference pic where the body need a doctor!

Each detail is clean, nothing looks wrong, a lovely build in your collection.
I am new here, so I am going to have a look to your others kits...

Beautiful work...great looking build.

this remains one of the best looking racing cars ever in my mind.
as much as I love the Ford GT cars in GULF colours, this one looks like a proper race car.
