Amp wont turn

Hi,

The problem I have is with my amp.
its a 222 watt Sony Xplode amp.
Whenever I turn the head unit on the amp turns off.
But when I turn the head unit off the amp turn on.
I have my blue wire wired to remote turn on on the amp.
Please help.

Bad grounds?

Are your power wire / ground wire hooked up into the right spots?

try putting your remote wire to ur fuse box, pick a fuse that only works when the car is on, that will tell you if its ur remote wire

did you say the solid blue wire from the HU hhmm that would be the power antenna wire you might want to try the remote wire which is blue with a white stripe...
