98 Blazer Rough acceleration in humid/wet air

Starts fine but accelerates very roughly from a stopped position. Once moving runs great. Does this for 4 - 5 miles then everything is OK for the rest of the day. High humidity and rainy days are when I experience this issue. It was not even wanting to start for a while. New starter switch and ignition coil were put in. The hesitation/jerking are not as bad as it was but are still there. Any ideas? Thanks!

Any check engine lite, is this a misfire? Tough to really help from here on just a rough description. Plug wires usually cause misfire in damp weather if they are bad.

No check engine light. Recent tune-up and new distributor cap. I'll make sure plug wires are new too. Thanks.
