reservoir problems and possibly radiator

I have a 2002 bonneville and I had a steam leak for a while and all of a sudden I stopped seeing steam shooting from it and now it is getting really hot faster than it used to. Is the water from my reservoir just not reaching my radiator or is there another problem? I would really appreciate if you guys Email me some of your thoughts at skymanowns@gmail com
