Cooling fan wont turn on

1999 Ford Escort Zx2 - 2.0L DOHC
So i recently got a new thermostat housing with new sensors because my temp gauge was wayyy out of wack. Everything is in now and now my cooling fan for the radiator will not turn on at all! The temp guage works, and i even hot wired the fan so i know that works but i cannot figure out why the fan will not turn on! I even tested it by rev the engine to 3k for 3-5 min letting the temp get pretty high but it still doesnt work!
Anyone that has any input it would be greatly appreciated!!
