94 cavalier blower fan

my A/c heater blower fan is not working, the resistor checks out and the fan itself works, also the fan switch is good and fuse is not blown. now im lost please help. Frustraited

thanks for reply, however i found the problem.there was no power to switch which comes through control panel for A/C heater the center (pin/clip) that holds axis for power and vacume operation broke allowing contact plate to move out of position resulting in no power was able to procure new control panel from michigan chevy dealer
