Bought 01 LeSabre (85k) for my son about six months ago. Nice features and I'm partial to the 3800 because it has been good in my GTP. It does need some attention.
The back door power windows and locks have never worked since we got the car. Seemed like a simple problem and certainly not essential, but now not so simple. I would like a schematic but not yet ready to fork over ~$200 for shop manuals. Other posts refer to a "rear module" or something similar.
Any ideas?

These should be very helpful. Thank you.
Another question: I'm assuming the individual door modules are in the doors. But where is the "rear door module"? That seems like the mostly failure location.

The rear door module is generic(same) for both rear doors.......
The rear door module has one in each rear door.......basically, you will check power and ground to it....check inputs to it, for example, window switch, serial data, etc........
Just double check that the lockout switch is not activated in the master switch....
There are additional wiring diagrams at AutoZone......you just have to sign in with an email address and a password, to access these diagrams...
The old days where the windows were hard wired directly from the master switch are over.....
