I suppose with this it'd be a little like the current owner situation whereby certain owners don't want to be identified or information about them can't be shared which is perfectly fine but for the purposes of simply having the information, is there any chance anyone could fill some gaps for me?

All the information I have is simply that that has been shared on here. Obviously I may have read it wrong and if some information needs to be deleted as it shouldn't be in the public domain then feel free to delete it or confirm in private.

McLaren owned the five prototypes
The Sultan or other people in Brunei had #002, #004, #005, #008, #014, LM1, LM4, LM5, 54F1GT and #09R

#003 - Ron Dennis in UK
#006 - Mr. Takahashi in Japan
#007 - A member of the Saudi royal family but kept the car in the UK
#017 - David Morrison in UK
#018 - Yoshio Tsuzuki in Japan
#022 - Thomas Bscher in Germany
#024 - Paul Burdell in UK
#025 - George Harrison in UK
#028 - Michael Andretti but kept the car in the UK
#031 - Yoshikuni Okamoto in Japan
#036 - Mansour Ojjeh in Switzerland
#039 - Ron Dennis in UK
#043 - Motokazu Sayama in Japan
#046 - Ray Bellm in UK
#047 - BMW kept it in Germany
#048 - Same owner as now in Switzerland, name withheld
#049 - The Whittaker family in New Zealand
#050 - Ron Dennis in UK
#053 - Yoshio Tsuzuki in Japan
#062 - Larry Ellison in USA (after going to Germany before Ameritech)
#065 - McLaren had it at Park Lane
#069 - James Munroe (maybe) in UK
#075 - Mansour Ojjeh in Switzerland

#011 and #073 were owned by brothers from Venezuela? Just read that but don't know if information has been updated since.

Can anyone fill the gaps or update the info on the cars given? Cheers.

Ron makes no claim to ownership of #003 despite that being reported.

Not sure #004's connection to Brunei has truly been confirmed?

#048 was sold by Kidston in 2013 and has a new owner.

#075 was built for and delivered to Mansour's brother, Aziz.

#011 had another owner prior to being sold through Taylor & Crawley in 1998 and having been acquired by one of the Venezuelan brothers.

Excellent idea, it could be interesting to highlight the single ownership car since new (examples #025 #071)

#010 BMW
#020 Tony Smith ?
#044 Herb chambers ?
#052 hidden name :)
#061 Rowan Atkinson
#074 Ralph Lauren

to be continued

057 is still with the original owner.

Don't think Herb Chambers was the original owner of his car.

I asked about this when I went to one of Herb's Cars and Coffee events in MA and was told he had owned it from new.

#057 has been in Bahrain the entire time? Or just stored somewhere else?

Possibly Chambers owned it but kept it in Europe before it went through the Ameritech process?

McLaren owned the five prototypes

By that definition one could perhaps argue that McLaren was the original owner of all the cars

Otherwise, we would have:

XP1 n/a
XP2 n/a
XP3 Gordon Murray
XP4 Sir Roger Bhatnagar
XP5 McLaren

I think...? :)

Perhaps... We know when it first arrived in the USA it was on UK registration, and being a 1995 car there was certainly time for it to have had a previous owner.
