Ok I'm working on a Malibu that is having trouble starting . I put a fuel pump in and still nothing . So I took off the cover of the relay and hold the switch and car starts. Than if I grab the throttle body and run the engine up to about 2000 to 2500 RPM's and hold for a few seconds than the switch stays on and can drive any ware I want but when I shut it off I have to do it all over again. I put the obd on and it says low power to the switch . I put a new battery in and still the same problem . I'm guessing it's before the relay but ware ?

Sounds like you've got a problem right there at the relay socket. Check and repair socket and wiring. Add a new relay and see if that helps. Not a very expensive repair.

Tried another relay?
otherwise, like Delta said, there is a voltage drop at the connection some where and you don't have enough voltage to pull in the relay switch......could be in the relay center connections...do any of the contacts look black?
