97 Ford 4.0 OHV lifters & pushrod options?

Hello Folks
Coolant is seeping from head gaskets. Not bad yet, still runs very good. I am installing New heads from ProMaxx along with new lifters, pushrods, and a reman. rocker arm assembly.
Question is: Should I buy stock length pushrods for the new heads?
And will roller lifters harm the stock cam. ( I'm not replacing the cam at this time).
Any help would be much appreciated.
