Antifreeze Leak

I just recently noticed my 2007 Freestar is using Antifreeze, but there is no antifreeze underneath the van. I don't see any antifreeze in the oil, so where is it going?
Maybe out the Exhaust?
If so would that be the intake manifold gasket?

How much has it used? Do you know for sure that the system was full that day?
If it is using coolant and there's no leaks you might have a bad head gasket. Does the van puff any white smoke at all on start up or when driving?
