VTEC Wiring

Just put a JDM D15B VTEC in a 195 Civic. Runs fine, but now it's time to wire up the VTEC. I find plenty of info out there - but not all of it agrees. Some ECU pinout info say that there are 6 wires I must connect (Solenoid to A4, Oil Pressure Sensor to D6, VTEC ground to chassic, Knock Sensor to D3, Evap Purge Power to 12V Power, and Evap Purge Solenoid to A20). Another says that the JDM engines don't require the oil pressure wire, for one(maybe others as well).
In either case, I can identify only three wires that I can associate with the VTEC system - the Yellow-Green (A4), Solid Black (Ground?) and a Blue-Black (not certain where this goes). I appreciate any help you might give in locating the rest of the wires and where in the pinout they go.
