Cruze has Turbo Underboost code PO299

Anyone know what might cause this code? Also has a PO 442 small evap leak code. Every time I take it to the dealer they get what ever is wrong covered under warranty, but it seems like they cause more problems. I am buying a house so have not had time to look into this.
