Trouble fueling Auto at the Fuel pump

Symptoms-
No DTC's
Ran Good
Impossible to put fuel into the tank at any fuel Station, it got worst with time.
Water contaminated at the Throttle plate.
Rain water rolled behind the fuel door, drained into the fuel tank vent tube, and contaminated the charcoal canister on EVAP system.
Sense the canister was flooded with 12oz of rain water, there was no venting for the fuel tank.
Tools: 8mm socket, hacksaw, window screen,PVC cleaner, PVC Glue, and 2-Tie Wraps.
Action-
1) Remove the Charcoal canister from EVAP system. 8mm
2) Cut Charcoal canister in 1/2 with a fine tooth hacksaw.
3) Remove charcoal pellets and air dry pellets using a window screen.
4) Clean and dry canister.
5) Put 1/3 of charcoal back into the charcoal canister.
6) Use PVC cleaner and glue to put back together.
7) Use Tie wraps to route the rubber vent tube away from the auto body.
