Steering tension

Is there anyway to adjust the steering tension in my 2001 Chrysler 300? It seems a little tight.

Thanks in advance,

I doubt it, it's likely a design fault involving a power steering system that doesn't provide the steering assistance you may be used to, resulting in a tighter feel in the steering.
