Wire wheel hubcap question

I have an 89 Century that has the wire wheel hubcaps and I've been noticing a rattle when I hit a rough patch of pavement or a pot hole. it doesn't do it all the time. it's just annoying. Is the there a way to tighten the spokes or just get new ones? Would like to keep these I like the look
of them.
