coolant problem

Hi guys i have a coolant problem but first here the setup. I have a b16a engine, the coolant line just undet the feed line from on top the radiator just above the gear box is blocked with a rubber grummit.
when you follow the line at the bottom on the radiator to the head, there are two more freeds that have the same grummits and of course the ports to the heater core element at the firewall and also blocked up. The problem is that the second port to the back of the head is leaking air.
What i would like to know is what was the original set of these 3 lines on the head with the heater core?
Any assistance will be appreciated.
