WTB v8 and tranny

Hi i need a carburated v8 with tranny and diff. I have something maybe worth trading.I have a 1993 mazda miata that needs paint. The engine turns over, tries to start and just keeps turning over. It has all new gaskets and bearings. It could just need timing adjusted or just some starter fluid. It has nothing after market on it. Completly stock. The engine is a stock 1.6L inline 4 DOHC 16-Valve. I am getting a 1st gen rx-7 and i want to put a v8 in it. The miata needs a new set of brakes(calipers, rotors, and pads). It has a new clutch line. It needs some work. I just want to get the rx7 and put the 305 in it. I dont have the money to put into this miata. Thank you for your time.
