Truck is completely dead after washing engine

I have a 2007 sierra and i washed the engine like i normally do but now the truck is completely dead no sign of life with ignition or anything. I am assuming this is a fuse but could anyone assist me on which fuse would cause this

There are several main fuses in the under hood panel, unlikely washing the engine did this, check the battery voltage first, tighten and clean the battery connections, check the ground also from the battery to the engine or frame.
