kcaero!!!!

omg i hope u guys have got enough time to read all this because am about to diss them mother fuckers www.kcaero.com. in february i made a order for the honda prelude the aero style front lip side skirts and rear bumper. Im from the uk and the owner of kcero KARL said he will do the kit for $550
so i sent him the money etc etc and basically its now end of june almost july and the kit still aint arrived!! however in april i received a package from DHL it was a engine manual!! which came from kcaero, so i rang DHL explained the situation and apparently the package got mixed and they couldnt find the bodykit so it was claimed lost, so acaero claimed on the package and said they wud send me out a new bodykit, but guess wot the fuckers phone number dont work anymore!! the website is no longer acessable and there email no longer exists! so the fucker KARl screwed not just me but he screwed DHL over too, people watch out for this company he is a no good thief and will tell u lies, i just wish i lived in canada id go n sort him out! am soo angry, has anybody else had this problem with the company, id be interested to read about.
ok guys am off to the pub now gonna go drown my sorrows with a few pints of beer

Isn't there a place where you can file a complaint over there? Like the BBB (Better Business Bureau) over in the states?

well am in the uk, and ive filed complaints with DHL but i need some more advice guys if anyone else has any plz do help

Well if you have any other info on the guy you could file a police report... I think... maybe hard considering he's in *gasp* Canada, or was. Otherwise the best advice is be more careful, sorry dude. :frown:

File a complaint with the BBB at www.bbb.org with some shear luck you might get your money back.. and for next time send a deposit not the whole invoice price.. also what was your method of payment? if it was a credit card or a check you might claim frud... if it was cash or a money order your f*cked..

Most credit card companies will cover you on it. That's the best reason to use them for mail order, internet etc. If they don't I'd sure as hell cancel that card and get one from an outfit that does!

hi guys just thought id let u all know, that kcaero still aint sent out the kit or refunded me my money, it really does look like they pulled a shifty one here, and got away with robbing me obviously knowing i live in the uk and i really wudnt be able to come take my money of them, so i can say is avoid, dont even browse there webpage, actually u cud browse it to humour urself LOL its pretty shitty, but other than that avoid the company avoid disapointment!

Omg that sucks so bad, I am sooo sorry to hear about your luck :cya: thanks for the heads up though about that company. That is so sick that people have to make money by basically stealing from other people. I really hope you get the bottom of this and you either get ur kit or you get to sue them for a crap load of money... best of luck to you
