Finally bought a 2010 Limited

The wifes 01 Lincoln LS is finally gone for this beauty.

I had no idea these cars was so tall. I had to get out a step stool to clean the roof.:)

2010 Limited with everything but AWD. So MANY options its unreal.

Congratulations, I think you'll like it.

The new Taurus is big. It's wider and longer than my Lincoln Aviator SUV. Heck, it's within a couple inches in length of the Cadillac Escalade.

I never knew by looking at them passing by they were this big till we got it home next to her LS, then it hit us.

So far the only thing I am replacing is the rear view camera. For some reason it is very fuzzy. I found one on craigslist for 80 bucks, new.

I wonder how much of the exhaust is different on the later models to get the duals? Of course the rear rocker would need to be changed.
Think maybe they just split it behind the rear spindles?

I'm not sure what all would need to change to use the 2013 exhaust. Since the 2010 SHO had dual exhaust, the hanger locations are probably there already on your car. The SHO has dual exhaust to the down pipes though versus the split system used on the 2013 Limited.

For the camera cloudiness, have you taken a look at the lens to see if it's just scratched from someone "cleaning" it with a dry finger? Maybe a bit of plastic polish will bring it back to a clear view.

Camera looks fine from the outside. When the new one gets here tomorrow and it is a improvement, I am going to tear into the old one and see if there is anything that could be causing it to be blurred.
