Hey guys! Haven't been on here in a long while. I bought myself another project car. 1997 Grand Prix GT.
I'm going to be replacing the Lower Intake Manifold gasket, and had a question.
I'm thinking about sending the manifold out to get ported and polished. My question is, if I do have the manifold ported, will the felpro lower intake manifold gasket work...or will I have to order a different gasket?
Also, should the PCM be programmed for this?

Late reply but here is my opinion.
The felpro gaskets will fit and no pcm programming is required. Polishing the LIM is IMO a waste of money. you can barely see it. If you are looking for a show quality engine bay then go for it. Porting the LIM is a piece of cake. a good drill and some grinder fittings. you can gasket match the intake while porting so it is a good match. You will not notice really any power gain on a Gt unless you have maybe an HV2 and good airflow in.
