1995 eclipse shuts off while driving

Issue just came about last week. Basically Ill be driving, happens at any speed really, but Ill be going then the engine will just shut off. It is an automatic car. then I can bring the car to a stop, put in park, turn the key off then it will start right back up. Scared to drive this thing right now and I dont want to take it to a mehanic and have them play a guessing game. I checked the battery cables so far they are tight. Also, when it shuts down, the Radio stays on meaning it isnt losing electrical power, just engine

Its hard to tell. Is there any symptoms before this happens? Change in power or sound or shaking?
