Car-Shut Off

2001 VW TDI 186,00 miles.
Driving down the road the car just cut off and would not restart.
After checking found that there was no dash lights or gauges lid.
All fuses checked out, OK.
Replaced 109 relay, same problem.
Where do I good from here?
