hey, I have a 1995 Cadillac Deville and when I have the HVAC fuse in the fuse box, the air conditioner is always on, even when i cut the car completely off and take the keys out the ignition. any help upon what it could be?

Blower control relay/module is one possibility.

How exactly could I check to see if that's the problem because they are a little pricey. is there any way to check without having to just replace one part and then it being the other?

Find the relay/module then disconnect it see what happens, you may need a shop manual here.

When I unplug it, what am I looking for?

Blower module is the culprit-Most common failure mode is the blower motor continues to run even with ignition off- wears down the battery if not unplugged. So unplug your module (on a '95 it should be in HVAC housing underhood- just follow wires back from blower motor to blower motor module) Yes it is pricey-- but with Caddies what isn't? That's why I drive Chevys

Alright. So if I unplug the blower motor module and it stops, then would that be the problem? And I want a Chevy but this is a hand-me-down from my uncle about two months ago because it was too much of a problem for him to try and fix. So I took it considering it was free and figured I would attempt to fix it. Also, it would be easier to figure this out myself than to take it to a shop. Thanks for the information

There is also one other problem I need help solving, I was riding down the road the other day and the interrior lights just started flickering and now the come on and off when they please unless i pull the fuses... What or where would i look for the solution to that?
