CV axle problems ??

The Cv axel was clicking and a day later I think it went bad with a clunk the car would not move at all.I then got a remanufactured Cv axel put it in and drove it for about 5 miles it clicked and clunked again it wouldnt move at all again so I took th axel back and they gave me another remanufacturd cv axel and this time I drove it down the block and back and while backing into my parking place it happend again. what are the chances of the cv axel going bad like this is it the remanufacture or is it my transmission??
