Norev or Minichamps SL?

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone of you seen or bought both 1/43 scale Mercedes SL cars from Minichamp and Norev with the workable roof? They are just released. Just wondering which is the best of these two.

I got the 1/43 minichamps one, non workable roof version. I've seen the 1/18 Minichamps and it works just like the real one. It even comes with leather seats! Unmatched:smile:

Yes, I have seen the 1/18 version also. It's a beauty! But I rather stick to my 1/43 Mercedes madness:smile:
I've seen the first picture of the Minichamps 1/43 SL with workable roof now, but I can't say it's one of their best models!

Minichamps will be one hard company to beat. I'm hoping for an AUTOART version:rolleyes:

Well, I have seen the Norev one also on a picture now. Too bad the top isn't completely closed. Now you can't see how it fits. The top of the Minichamps version doesn't fit very nicely.

I wait for this one! I'm not going to buy the one which is listed on the Mercedes-Benz website. And because it's a Norev it is also going to have a fair price! :smile: :smile: :smile:

Also, it's not just an SL-500. IT'S an SL55AMG!. One of my all time favourite Merc:smile: :smile:

I like silver ones. It matches Autoart for its turning front wheels:eek:

I buy the AMG version in silver and the non-AMG version in red :cool:
